Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
Summer’s Vacation Club is operated by Summers Vacation Club LLC (“Summer’s Vacation Club,” “SVC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit summersvacationclub.com, submit a travel-planning inquiry, communicate with us, or use services linked from our website.
Information we collect
Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, traveler counts, prospective destinations, travel dates, estimated budget, preferences, and other information you choose to include in a travel inquiry or communication.
Please do not submit passport details, government identification numbers, payment-card information, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through our website inquiry form. If such information is required later, we will provide an appropriate method for submitting it.
Payment information. SVC does not accept payments directly or process card payments on its website. When you book travel through us, you will be asked to complete a secure credit-card authorization form, which may be provided through Travefy. We use the card details on that form only to submit the charges you authorize to the applicable travel supplier or our host agency, and we share them only with the parties processing those charges.
Information collected automatically. Our website host and technical providers may process information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, dates and times of access, and security or diagnostic logs. This information is used to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
Browser storage and cookies. The current SVC website uses technology necessary to operate and secure the site. Our inquiry form and our trip, proposal, and itinerary pages (including pages at trips.summersvacationclub.com) are hosted by Travefy, which may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to operate, secure, and analyze those pages, as described in Travefy’s own policies. The website also obtains fonts from Google Fonts, which requires the visitor’s browser to connect to Google’s servers.
SVC does not currently use its own advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising cookies on the website. If we later introduce nonessential analytics, advertising, embedded social feeds, or similar technologies, we will update this Policy and provide consent or opt-out controls where required.
How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to inquiries and communicate with prospective or current clients;
- understand travel preferences and provide planning, quotation, itinerary, and booking-related services;
- maintain client and trip records;
- communicate important service, booking, supplier, or itinerary information;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services;
- detect or prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
- comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, insurance, and contractual requirements; and
- send marketing communications when permitted by law and consistent with the choices you make.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting us. Transactional and trip-related messages may continue when needed to provide requested services.
How information is disclosed
We do not sell personal information for money.
We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to:
- Travefy, Inc., which hosts our inquiry forms and trip, proposal, and itinerary pages and provides our client-relationship and travel-management software, and processes client information on our behalf;
- Hostinger, WordPress, Breakdance, and related technical providers, which help operate and secure the website;
- A.S.A.P. Cruises Inc. / Outside Agents and affiliated host-agency systems, when their services are used in connection with planning or booking;
- travel suppliers and intermediaries, such as cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, airlines, transportation companies, destination-management companies, travel-insurance providers, booking platforms, and other suppliers involved in a requested quotation or booking;
- professional advisers and service providers, such as accountants, legal advisers, security providers, communications providers, and payment processors;
- government authorities, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, and security; or
- a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Relevant policies include the Travefy Privacy Policy and Terms, and the host-agency Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
External websites and booking platforms
Our website may link to third-party websites, social networks, quote tools, supplier websites, and booking platforms. SVC does not control the privacy, security, content, availability, or data practices of those services. Review the applicable provider’s terms and privacy policy before submitting information or completing a transaction.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, administer travel and business records, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, regulatory, insurance, tax, and accounting obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of record and the purpose for which it is maintained.
Client information we keep in Travefy is part of our own records. Travefy states that it processes its customers’ client data according to its customers’ instructions; Travefy’s own policy governs information it collects for its own purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe information associated with SVC has been accessed or used without authorization.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may ask us to:
- provide information about personal data we maintain about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete information that we are not required to retain;
- stop or limit certain uses of information; or
- stop sending marketing communications.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Certain records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, security, supplier, dispute-resolution, or booking purposes.
Submit privacy requests using the contact information below. Because Travefy processes our client information on our behalf, please send requests about that information to us, and we will coordinate with Travefy as needed.
Children’s privacy
The website and travel-planning inquiry form are intended for adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 16. An adult arranging family travel may provide information reasonably necessary to plan travel for minors. Do not submit sensitive information concerning a minor through the general homepage form.
Visitors outside the United States
SVC is operated from the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States. If you access the website from another country, its privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Contact us before submitting information if you have questions about international processing.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, providers, legal obligations, or services change. The revised Policy will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through additional notice when appropriate.
