Summer’s Vacation Club is currently operated by Joshua Martin, a sole proprietor doing business as Summer’s Vacation Club (“Summer’s Vacation Club,” “SVC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit summersvacationclub.com, submit a travel-planning inquiry, communicate with us, or use services linked from our website.
Information we collect
Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, traveler counts, prospective destinations, travel dates, estimated budget, preferences, and other information you choose to include in a travel inquiry or communication.
Please do not submit passport details, government identification numbers, payment-card information, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through the general homepage inquiry form. If such information is required later, we will provide an appropriate method for submitting it.
Information collected automatically. Our website host and technical providers may process information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, dates and times of access, and security or diagnostic logs. This information is used to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
Browser storage and cookies. The current SVC website uses technology necessary to operate and secure the site. The embedded JourneyFuse form may use cookies or similar browser storage to provide form functionality, protect the form, and restore information entered during a prior visit. The website also obtains fonts from Google Fonts, which requires the visitor’s browser to connect to Google’s servers.
SVC does not currently use its own advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising cookies on the website. If we later introduce nonessential analytics, advertising, embedded social feeds, or similar technologies, we will update this Policy and provide consent or opt-out controls where required.

Our website may link to third-party websites, social networks, quote tools, supplier websites, and booking platforms. SVC does not control the privacy, security, content, availability, or data practices of those services.
